
Donald R. Dudley, CCSP, CSCS, DC
Dr. Dudley received his doctorate from the New York College of Chiropractic after completing a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from SUNY Fredonia. He attained deans list honors at both colleges and is a member of Phi Chi Omega, the chiropractic honor society. He is a past recipient of the Chiropractic Education Foundation of New York scholarship for academic and character excellence.
Dr. Dudley works actively with the areas professional and amateur sports organizations as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP). He is the team chiropractor for the Rochester Americans hockey team and the Rochester Knighthawks professional indoor lacrosse team. He is a close affiliate of the Rochester Rhinos soccer organization and has worked with the players and training staff since 2001.
In his free time, Don enjoys participation in area soccer leagues on a year round basis. He is a dedicated sports enthusiast and additionally enjoys biking, running and golf. His hobbies include music and travel, playing guitar, movies and reading. He is a western New York native and currently maintains residence in the city of Rochester.

Timothy J. Daly, DC, CSCS
Dr. Daly received his doctorate from New York Chiropractic College, after receiving his Bachelors of Science degree from SUNY Oswego in Health Science. He was consecutively named on the Dean’s List at both institutions, and was a recipient of the Presidential Academic scholarship at New York Chiropractic. He was an active member in academic clubs and took a wide assortment of elective coursework to improve upon his educational experience.
Dr. Daly is an experienced chiropractor, who has been practicing evidenced based care in the Rochester area since 2012. Throughout his career he has treated a variety of patients and conditions including: work injuries, motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, as well as everyday aches and pains. He is well versed in chiropractic manipulation, non-surgical decompression, distraction therapy, Graston technique, myofascial release, Active Release Technique, electric stimulation therapy, and rehabilitation.
In addition to clinical experience, Dr. Daly is an experienced educator. He is an Assistant Technique and Clinical skills Instructor at New York Chiropractic College, where he teaches future chiropractors the necessary skills to effectively manage patients. Dr. Daly also works as a medical terminology instructor for medical interpreters through Monroe Community College. He has also delivered numerous health lectures in the community on a variety of topics. Dr. Daly has experience instructing individuals at all levels of education and teaching health topics to an array of learners. Dr. Daly is a Rochester native originally from West Irondequoit. In his free time Dr. Daly enjoys exercise, martial arts, hiking outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Jennifer L. Spitzer Jones, DC, CSCS
Dr. Spitzer received her doctorate from New York Chiropractic College after completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Sports Studies at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She was consecutively named to the Dean’s List at both colleges and is also a member of Phi Chi Omega, the chiropractic honor society as well as Chi Alpha Sigma, the National College Athlete Honor Society.
Throughout her schooling, she continued her education outside of the classroom by becoming certified in various techniques including Active Release Techniques and RockTape, Fascial Movement Taping.
In addition to her clinical experience, Dr. Spitzer is also very involved in the running and triathlon community. She is the Varsity Assistant Cross Country Coach at Pittsford Sutherland High School and the Varsity Assistant Indoor Track and Field Coach at Our Lady of Mercy High School. She has also been a coach at the High Peaks Elite Distance Camp in Lake Placid, NY since 2010 and frequently holds clinics outside of the office to promote injury-free training. She is a former Division I Track and Field Athlete, an IRONMAN triathlete and currently holds a Section V record in the 4x800m relay.
In her free time, Jenn enjoys training for and competing in triathlons. Her hobbies include cooking and hiking. She currently resides in Ontario County with her husband Trent, and their cats, Pickle and Nutmeg.
